Many people probably think that a wood-burning stove can only heat with the fire itself – but HETA’s aqua stoves actually heat your house using both fire and water.
Aqua is a water-based stove which has been developed with a unique double-chamber system. As well as the regular room heating via wood burning, the stove heats large quantities of water for use in various types of housing.
HETA’s Scan-Line 800 Aqua has an overall energy conversion efficiency of 87 per cent, of which 64 per cent is conducted directly into the water. The large amount of hot water is then used, for example, to heat rooms via radiators and/or underfloor heating. The water can be stored in a storage tank or hot water tank, thereby heating water for domestic use.
HETA’s aqua stoves are specially developed for low-energy houses. For the energy and financially-conscious consumer, this is an obvious opportunity to make optimal use of the best combustion technology while having a cosy fire in the stove.
